| The BridgeMatch Process is the evaluation and hiring
methodology employed by experienced Bridge Managers that consistently
delivers qualified candidates. Thorough Qualification and Evaluation = Better Matches Phone Screening Our process begins with a resume and initial phone screening. At this stage we are assessing our candidates ability to communicate in a professional and courteous manner. The candidate’s previous work history is discussed. We focus on stable work histories and individuals who can provide details about their job responsibilities and accomplishments. If a candidate passes our phone screen, they are invited for a professional interview. The candidate is then directed to our website so that they can fill out our online application. On-Site Interview Every candidate that passes the phone screening has an in depth, face-to-face interview with an experienced Bridge Manager. Each candidate is evaluated in these terms:
Employment References – As part of our evaluation process, a Bridge manager will verify two employment references. We make sure the references are of a supervisory capacity, and make inquiries pertaining to the candidate's quality of work, attitude, dependability, attendance, and their avoidance of office drama. Background Screening Services – These screens are performed only on the direct request of our clients and are billed on a pass through basis.
