no Bridge Client has ever been a party
to litigation due to their relationship with Bridge.
- We have a long-standing relationship with our legal partner that
specializes in employment law. All of our processes and documents
have been drafted for the protection of
Bridge and its clients.
- We are well versed in the negative aspects of co-employment and
take specific actions to mitigate those risks.
- All Bridge Employees sign the following documents:
- Non-Disclosure, Non Use & Confidentiality
Agreement – Bridge employees agree to keep all client
information confidential while performing their duties and subsequent
to their assignment and/or employment at Bridge.
- Employer Status Acknowledgement
– Declaration form that states our employees understand
they are an employee of Bridge, not an employee or agent of our
clients, and that they are not entitled to the benefits of our
clients.
- Authorization for Drug Screening
and Criminal Background Investigations – Before we
consider a candidate for employment at Bridge, they must authorize
a drug and background screening. The authorization allows us to
share the results with our clients.
- Insurance Protection
Bridge Personnel Services maintains a comprehensive insurance
program that includes employment and professional liability coverage.
