-Must possess strong computer skills. | | Location | | Evanston, IL | | Description | | As a representative in the Patient Access Contact Center, you will be taking inbound calls to schedule and register outpatient procedures, verify insurance and answer other common questions about patient care. As a first point of contact, we look to your enthusiasm, compassion and unrelenting customer focus to help us deliver exceptional customer service. Calls will be recorded and periodically monitored for quality assurance and training purposes.
This is a full-time position located in Skokie. The hours of operation are during new employee training, you will be scheduled from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm or 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday. After successful completion of training, your schedule will be changed to 9 am - 7:00 pm, Monday-Friday and 9:00 am – 1:00 pm on Saturday.
