| Description | | Review and evaluate all aspects of credit/collections.
Contact customers with 30-60 days past due accounts.
Make necessary arrangements with clients to make payments.
Document conversation and agreement in system.
Handle all functions associated with job accounts.
Review collections documents.
Process lien waivers requests.
Process additional collection requests.
Generate security agreements.
File stop notices and other recordings.
Approve customer refunds.
Communicate with other departments regarding credit issues as needed.
Generate various month end reports.
Address customer complaints regarding the credit department.
Participate in monthly meeting.
Interact with other departments within. |
| Schedule | | Mon-Fri 8-5 2 days 11am-8p.m & e/o Sat 8-12p.m. |
