Location: Libertyville, IL
Hours: Flexibiltiy to work between the hours of 8 AM - 8 PM Monday - Friday (you will be scheduled for an 8 hour shift)
Salary - $27,000 - $31,000 | | Location | | Libertyville, IL | | Description | | Our Client - a Growing International Finance company in the far North suburbs has several openings for Collections Representatives.
This position entails collecting on delinquent accounts that are over 30 days past due. You will contact customers through effective telephone collection methods to, verify all information, evaluate the customer's willingness and ability to pay, determine the reason for delinquency, resolve the account to current status or institute measures to conclude the account satisfactorily:
Evaluate customer's ability to pay by obtaining complete history
Determine customer's integrity in meeting payment obligations
Analyze customer's need for assistance or corrective action
Negotiate corrective action on delinquent accounts and make decisions on corrective action to resolve delinquency ensuring a profitable resolution.
Evaluates and executes collection follow up
Maintain collection productivity goals
Must be flexible between the hours of 8:00 am - 8:00 pm Monday - Friday
Requirements
Must have High School Diploma. College Degree is a plus
Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
Strong MS Office Skills - Word, Excel and Outlook
