Our Client in Lincolnshire is growing and has 7 openings for data entry operators with strong software skills.
This position is responsible for collecting and entering patient demographics, insurance information and medical information for new patients into a computerized system.
Receives new referrals via phone, fax or Internet
Enters patient demographics, insurance information and therapy information into a computerized system
Maintains corporate database of physicians where licenses to practice medicine have been verified
Verifies licensure of new physicians referring patients
Places outbound calls to gather additional patient information
Processes Internet requests for new enrollments and/or prescription requests
Assists with the training of new/seasonal staff |
